Through the years and the pregnancies, my weight has been a constant concern. I topped out at 215 lbs while not pregnant and realized I had to do something. I am a busy stay at home mom of 5 running here and there for kid appointments and eating whatever was quick and convenient. I am an emotional eater. I finally came to thhe conclusion for increased energy to keep up with my kids snd for my health, I need to lose weight and learn how to maintain it.
