I'm back! I forgot that I had this >< Darn it >< It's been a year almost! :( Well, I sadly gained weight during the first few months of the year that I missed but guess what? I'm back in action! Yeah! My shorts are becoming loose! Wooo!
I started with the after-6 diet wherein I could not eat anything after 6 pm and after seeing my doctor, he told me that it is but a lie. It's dangerous to my health and I should just go low-carb. So, hello Atkins! :) Welcome me! LOL :)

I am so darn frustrated. This day made reflect on why I am doing what I am doing. This diet is really really frustrating. Felt so weak the entire day. Argh. Maybe I shouldn't continue?
