I used to say to myself " hum..I'm not that big.." than when I see the pixs..I would hate myself. as it is I feel Old, ugly and now fat Sad

I tell myself to shake it off...I am determined to show my inner strength...I can do it..we all can!

Me TOO!! I fell in luv with the Zumba class!! Took two free classes last week and signed up for a year this week for my 14 yr. old daughter and myself. We both luv it, was belly dancing the other nite, my waist area hurts,guess its good new huh? well keep in touch!

Avoiding people when your weight is up
I know what your saying, all my mom ever says is " when I was your age I had a small figure" I just listen to her, cuz I know she is not tryin' to be mean. Its that most of my life I have been thin, but since I got a sit down job 10 years ago, my weight has balloned from 145 to 205!! I hate to see old friends, they ask wheter I'm expecting or am I just chunky! ahhh I will show them..remember ladies " A GREAT PLEASURE IN LIFE IS DOING WHAT OTHERS SAY YOU CAN'T!!" have a great weekend

Work-out at work?
okay, depending on how early you have to get up before work. I was up at 4:30am ( my day usually starts at 5:15) and I would jump on the treadmill or do a exercise video for 30 min. or I started to walk after work plus saturdays..makes a difference. I just treated like it was a doctor's appt. that I can not miss.
