In need of supportive buddies!
I'll be your buddy... God only knows I can use all the diet buddies to help me through my journey, If I can just stay motivated and its hard to do, especially with out anyone to keep you going, So let's keep each other motivated..We can do this!!! I'm starting my challenge 8/29..

Getting ready
Ok...I spent a good 2 hours planning my diet menus for the next 4 weeks, now I just need to go food shopping. I need to be ready and motivated to start my challange by Mon 8/29. I can do this, I need to do this, I'm going to do this, I'm tired of feeling this way.It's time to take control..

Getting my life back
Good luck to you too...I'm trying to stay motivated and believe in myself again, I too am going to lose, I'm doing 1300 cals a day its hard for me to not eat any carbs I need to be able to eat some bread....

Getting my life back
Ok... I'm tird of feeling
fat, frumpy and out of shape
. clothes fit tight that were once lose, Hate feeling this way and this is a mini goal to get a jump start on a new beginning..Really!! I need to to this getting ready for the 25pound challenge starting 8/29....wish me luck!
