It's been a rough few weeks. Pretty much as soon as I was out of the hospital, my husband got us all sick. Not covid, but an aggressive little virus that turned into a chest cold. Sucked what little energy I did have. The heart meds were really messing with me as well. Doc had to take me off of them.
No WOE was followed, but I didn't go hog wild either. Was really expecting the scale to remain at the 194 mark, so the 188 was a nice surprise.
Back to good health, so back to tracking meals.

Well fellow FatSecretites, this week is a bust. I ended up in the hospital for the last 4 days to get the racing heart rate under control, and it is now officially afib. The meds they usually prescribe cause my heart rate to plummet, so ablation is the only treatment. For a cardiac unit, the food is high in calories, fat, and carbs. Each tray was 2000 calories. Not to mention that nutritional information is not available.
Oh well, back home and back to business. Maybe I'll hit the 80's by the end of February.

Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in, but I already know I didn't make my target. 2 days of off-menu eating has me feeling heavier, so I know the scale is going to reflect that. On the other hand, a night out with the hubs, and a Saturday spent celebrating a first birthday is always worth a pound or two and a bit of extra work.

Great progress so far! I started getting a grip on my eating habits right after my birthday on the 9th of January. I know I was well over 200lbs as that was the weight I hit the last time I weighed myself, and hadn't slowed down a bit after.
Hopefully next week will be 189 and be under the 190's.
