Hi! My name is Maria. I have been happily married for 28 years to a wonderful man! We have three great children. My oldest son, Nicholas, is 25 and is a financial aid counselor at Northeastern University in Boston. My middle son, Joe, is a senior at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. He is a computer major, and is pondering through many different job offers for when he graduates is May. My baby, my wonderful daughter, Andrea, is a freshman at Bryant University in Rhode Island. I feel I am truly blessed with a wonderful husband, and three absolutely awesome children! I would love to lose some weight, and become proud of myself once again. I am a third grade teacher. I was previously a math consultant, and wanted to spend more time with children.

day 1!!!
edit Okay.....Day 1 is almost over!!!!! I made it through today at school without cheating!!!!! One of my students brought in birthday cupcakes, and I didn't eat any of it! That was really difficult for me! Tonight I am making beef stroganoff for dinner. I'm going to have my portion, but istead of noodles, I saw a recipe for zucchini noodles on this site. I'm going to try them. I'll let everyone know how they are! Right now I am ABSOLUTELY starving! I'm trying to stay busy so I don't blow it.
