gaining instead of loosing
I have been trying to lose for years. this website has helped alot but it took me awhile to really use this site. I think committing myself to this site and recording as much as possible has made me accountable. I even went out and bought an Android phone so I can record things while at work and on the go. Fruits, veggies, protein and water, water and more water. Oh yeah...and don't forget to move!
