Alright, I am doing this the right way this time. When I entered 190 lbs before, I was only guessing. Yesterday I actually weighed myself and I at 188.5 lbs. Over the weekend I did horribly on the diet, so I am starting again today. Phase one.

This website is so cool! I am starting the South Beach Diet again tomorrow. I did it once two years ago, and it worked pretty good. The thing is, I didn't stay with it. For me it always seems to be "all or nothing" so once I cheated it was over. But I have learned since then that I can still be on the diet and just pick up where I left off.
