I have been working out for 3 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. I know this isn't much but after so.many years of dieting, I have pretty much destroyed my metabolism. So I have to now get it back into shape. Wish me the best!

My weight has been a great challenge for me. However, I am my own enemy, because I always forget what the ultimate goal is. So, going forward....I have to hold myself accountable for why I am not loosing any weight. I have set reminders for myself so I can keep the goal in front of me. I am scared of success but I don't understand why. MAYBE, its because I have never reached my goal.
This is a me conversation, and it is time for me to step it up.
