So... after, I don't know, 2-3 weeks of travel and plenty of dairy and basically not being all that careful (being kind of careful about calories but not being careful about what those calories are made of), I finally am turning back around. I weighed myself very intermittently during that time and with one eye shut, because I was none too pleased with the results I saw.

But in the past week, I have been turning back around. My schedule has finally calmed down, for one, and I changed my diet. I have always dabbled with Nerdfitness.com, but never really really made the dietary changes to the extent they suggest. I've done it for the past few days and it feels pretty darn good. I even am back to the weight before my rough few weeks.

So here is to high vegetable, high protein, low-ish carb, no wheat/dairy, low sugar. Let's do this for a few weeks and see how this turns out. Worth a try, right?
