Hi everyone, I'm a 69 yr young fat gray haired old woman (who thinks in my mind 30) Anyway I was diagnosed 6 yrs ago with debilatating rheumatoid autoimmune disease and so it kinda' limits the exercises I can do etc. I was put on prednisone and immediately gained 20 pounds, and then I quit smoking and gained another 30 pounds so that put me over the 200 mark...which I have never been in my life. So long story short my clothes are shrinking in the closet and I need to lose this 50 lbs because I can't afford new clothes. haha Up front will tell you I am a born again christian and am not ashamed of it. I attend church faithfully and practice my faith. I'm a right wing conservative bible thumping redneck.

Can I join too? I'm 69 and trying to lose 37 more pounds. It's so hard, I'm on a slow, (a pound a week) diet...and it sure is hard, I know all this fat didn't go on fast, and it's not going to come of fast.
