Hi everyone, Well today I start phase . I am so excited. I am hoping that I don't get sick by adding meat back into my diet like my sister has. I can tell such a big difference in here energy since she has added meat. She is so sluggish now. You can tell that she doesn't feel good. It is written all over her face. I am a little scared about adding in the meat. I haven't decided if I am or not. If I do it will be very slowly. Well I had a long & hard night last night. We are going to skip the workout this morning. Besides she has rubbed her inner thighs raw. I had to tell her to get in bed & take care of hr legs. I told her she is going to make it worse. So begrudgingly she listened to me. It's good to see her wanting to exercise but not at this cost. Well I hope everyone has a great day. I am on my way to go & check on my sister to make sure that she is staying in bed & taking care of her self. Talk to y'all later. Bye. Oh I lost another pound. I ost a total of 12 pounds in 9 days.

Hi everyone, well I did a 80 minute workout today. My sister & I did the total body burn with the hips, buns, &thighs. They give you a really good workout. I also walked for 30 minutes today & I also did 300 crunches. I am tired but it feels good. I had a rough night last night. I work at Walmart overnight as a stocker for the dairy wall. I was the only one who showed up last night & the night before. So needless to say I get a workout at work every night. But it feels good. Well I hate to be rude but I am the only one who works tonight so I am going to bed. At least this won't last to much longer because I am going to days in a couple of weeks. As soon as they train my replacement for overnights. My new work schedule will be from 2:00p.m. t 11:00 p.m. Talk to y'all later. Have a good day I am going to bed. Littlebit.
