Hi everybody, sorry I haven't wrote I have been at the hospital with my sister. I haven't been doing so well. I have gained 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I have been so worried about my sister so I didn't stick to the diet. But I can relax now that she is home. I will start back up with her on Monday. Well I will talk to everyone later. Have great day.

Hi everybody, Sorry I didn't write anything last week. I was so busy trying to get my new fence up so my dogs can stop jumping over the fence I have now. So how was every one's week? Well I didn't lose but I didn't gain any weight either but I did lose another 3 1/2 inches off my body. So that was a good thing. Well I am tired. Had no help at work last night. I did o my workout this morning & it felt great. Hope y'all have a good day. Talk to you later. I am off to bed. Littlebit

Hey everyone, well I gained 1 pound back but I lost another 3 1/2 inches off my body. I m kind of bummed about the 1 pound but at least I lost some more inches. I have lost a total of 10 3/4 inches in 3 weeks. So I am proud of that. I cheated once & had 1 small double chocolate muffin but I was good the rest of the weekend. I didn't workout on Monday. Was just to tired & it rained all weekend so my sister & I didn't get our hour walks in each day. But it is a new week so I am going to keep at it. I hoped everyone had a great weekend. Hi everyone, well my sister & I worked out this morning. It felt good to but we did the total body burn in the series. Its 42 minutes long & it works your whole body plus our 300 crunches. Later we are going to do some yard work. I am on day 2 of phase 2. I ate some chicken last night. It made me a little sick to my stomach but I expected it since it hasn't had meat for 9 days. Well I will talk to everyone later. Have a great weekend. Littlebit
