creativity on a 1200 cal diet?
I'd go with a mock eggs florentine. All you need is a frozen spinach, an egg, mayo, lemon pepper seasoning and a english muffin. When I buy frozen spinach, I cut it in quarter and store in the freezer. Warm up a quarter of a block of frozen spinach (I do it in the mircowave) and squeeze all the water out. Preheat your oven to 350. Put half an english muffin on a baking sheet and crack the egg into it. Put this in the oven for about 10 mins or until the egg isn't runny. Meanwhile, add a bit of mayo (however much you like. I usually add 1.5-2 tsp) and lemon pepper seasoning to taste. When the egg comes out of the oven, arrange the warmed spinach on the egg. If you want, top with some parmesan cheese.

Dance your A** Off!!!
I watch this... and I'll admit I am saddened that it is going to be over already! I don't think the people have lost enough weight and think that they still need help. I want them to go 4 more weeks, but that will not happen.

Dieting and drinking
I allow myself calories for 1 drink a day. I generally enjoy wine, sake or gin and tonics, but I make sure that I am counting that calorie. It also allows you to choose how you want to use those calories at the end of the day... since we all have days where we don't want to drink... so you can have a banana baby or ice cream bar or whatever you are craving. EatRunLive is right though, if you are drinking too much, you will start to cut out the liquor so you can eat.
