Cracker Barrel - Healthy Options?
Their grilled chicken tenderloins are pretty good. I'm not on a carb-restricted diet necessarily, but I usually look at the low carb section of the menu and then try to weed out the options that sound like they have high fat components: like the "smothered" grilled chicken tenderloins. They have pinto beans which would be high fiber, and you can always take your own dressing to use on a side salad...
