Why Is There No Healthy Food Delivery?
This coming from someone who was unemployed and reemployed recently, finding a job may require you to take a break from trolling and leave your hotel room. Just saying. Online apps don't always cut it these days.

7 NEW RULES for the Gym
I think a good rule for the gym is for the owner to not yell at you and tell you you're putting him "in a spot" when you tell him you lost your job and can't afford the membership anymore. That's what happened to me. It's just bad customer service, I think. lol.

how have you been treated?
I think in any case where something says something offensive or hurtful about your weight you should tell them to shut the hell up and mind their own business. that's just me though. lol

Migraines and Exercise
That's a really good point, relz. Make sure you're doing exercises with good form and not straining too much.

Migraines and Exercise
I'm running into the same problem. I have been getting migraines more often, but this might also be because the seasons are changing. I get them after workouts too, but I get them more often when I don't drink enough water throughout the day. I am increasing my water intake and it has seemed to help. While it is certainly a pain in the butt to get a migraine after a workout, me not exercising is not feasible right now.

So, for me I try to tough it out as much as I can, drink a lot of water (more than you would think), and take the occasional excedrine. If you get them often and they are severe, though, it wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor, because there may be other underlying causes to your headaches. I know that mine are triggered by allergies and that there's nothing else going on, so that's why I haven't sought out a doctor for mine. You might want to if it is bothering you though.
