Hi my name is Lori and I was just surfing the web on diets and came by this site. I really like this site and hope to get to know you all. I'm following my own diet at this point. It's pretty much just following a low carb diet.

The Biggest Loser is Not Realistic
I absolutely agree with you 100%. It would be so much easier to have a personal trainer, and a chef.
