I'm 38 yrs. old. I put on most of my weight in the last 5yrs. 5yrs ago this month I broke my leg and ended up having to stay in bed for over 8 months. I haven't been able to do much exercise because of my leg, but have decided to bite the bullet and suffer through the pain. My endurance is not really increasing but my strength is if that makes any sense. I am a wife and mother of 2 teens. I keep busy with all of their activities. That about sums me up!

can i alter my start weight?
I can't find anywhere that tells how to do it, maybe you could use the contact link at the bottom of the page and they can fix it for you.

first day, need help
I thought it meant you could fix them any way you want. My mom would put them in with her brown rice, I have no idea how she fixed them though. I hard boiled the eggs and threw them in my salad.

I need something to do!
I do love to read and do puzzles, however, I was looking for something to get me off of my behind and move. Thanks for the suggestions though. If you think of anything else, please let me know.

Fat-free vs. Fat full
Last night on Fit TV, the Diet Doctor said that if you watch your portions that your better off to eat the original version instead of Fat Free to satisfy a craving. She also said that if you eat Fat Free to make sure that there is a difference in the number of calories. Sometimes Fat Free can have more calories because most of the time they add sugar or salt to make up for the flavor.
This link introduces her but doesn't say anything about fatfree.

I need something to do!
I have seen this. Did you see that people were losing their grip on the controllers and throwing them throught their televisions? I was thinking about that though. Maybe if I get my daughter DDR for the PS2 I could do that. Thanks for the suggestion.
