Rosarita Vegetarian Refried Beans?
Are these allowed on SB phase 1? I saw them on a diet calendar and that sounds really good. If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks!

water retention or constipation?
Well I haven't had that problem yet but then again I'm only on day 3. I've had quite the opposite. I can't really think why you would be constipated if you're eating lots of veggies. However, I have a fix. I have had problems of severe constipation before. The doctor recommended magnesium citrate. You can find it at Walgreens or HEB for about $1. Just make sure you are home and not going anywhere when you take it. It worked within the hour for me. Hope you this works for you.
