Hi everyone
Having previously lost lots of weight and kept it off the stress of this year and months of not working have taken their toll.
Run a pub so usually on my feet constantly, now just stress eating but enough now. Nearly a New Year, clothes don't fit, stood on the scales and they said low. Sadly I think it was referring to its battery rather than my weight
Time to eat healthy again or, when we can finally open, I won't fit behind the bar! Happy 2021 everyone
