Starvation mode, fact or fiction?
lol. I know! I feel like a freak! Should have seen me trying to call my parents the first day. Seems I speak to them daily but have no clue as to what their actual number is. also seems I have no clue as to my TOM without clues from my iphone.

Starvation mode, fact or fiction?
I broke my phone and my replacement does not have fatsecret and so have been reduced to jotting my intake on PAPER. THe HORROR!!! But invariably I lose said paper after each meal and am left to guestimate my comsumption for the next meal. That being said with my scketchy calorie counting I have been experiencing the worst headaches during spin class. And my weight loss has stalled for the past month. Go figure. Need to eat more. But I guess the tiramisu wouldn't be very productive.

Can't stop the night-time snacking!
I've set the alarm to AWAY. So, if I HAVE to get up to eat, I have to first Run downstairs to turn off the alarm before noshing. That alone has detered me, but from the Cheese-it box next to my husband's side of the bed, he has NO PROBLEM working through that.
