help PLEASE
Thank you so much. I thought eating the lite white bread was better then the whole grain but now I will definitley switch. I didn't realize how hard it was to make yourself eat so many calories (believe me never had a problem with it before lol). Thanks again

Weight Watchers on my own
I have been doing the old plus program with weight watchers and have lost around 16 pounds in around a month. But now it seems like I have stalled on losing is there something else I should be including in my diet? I know I need exercise I am waiting till it gets a little nicer out to start walking. My carlories have been consistently under 1000 daily have really been trying. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
