I wanted to loose weight because I'm tired of what I look like. I use to be real tiny before kids, I'm talking size 0. Kids didn't put the weight on me like stress did. I have two girls, 8 and 5, been married for 7 1/2 years now! So now I want to do something about my weight. I don't want to be a size 0 again, because that wasn't healthy, but a smaller size than I am now would be heathier. My goal is somewhere in between 145 and 135.

Hello Everyone
I totally understand the husband thing, mine is 6'5" and maybe 170lbs, so it sucks to stand next to him, knowing I weigh more than him. WW has helped alot, so best of Luck!!!

I'm a emotional eater too. WW has helped me I take zoloft for anxiety attacks, and that is what put the weight on me. Try something after you join WW write everthing down that you would normally eat then look in the points book they give you and you'll see the diffrence in points, and realize if you eat the points your aloud you will loose the weight. South Beach Diet Snack Bar Delights - 1 Point
I found that if you like popcorn Jolly time has a kettle korn that is really good, it is 100 calories for the whole bag. If you eat one cup it's 0 points. But if your really hungrey eat the whole bag for only two points, that's not bad.Very Happy
