I am 27 years old.
This is my 2nd time on Weight Watchers. I lost quite a bit of weight last time, but gained it all back. I want to loose the weight before I try and have kids.

weight watchers favorite food or must haves!!
-low fat cheese. I get light string cheeses(any brand for me). 1pt each.
-better n peanut butter- love this 100cal peanut butter. esp with apples
-salsa-try different types than just regular. I love pineapple/mango right now. helps make a great blackbean taco salad.

I love greek yogurt. I go for the low fat or fat free.

weight fluctuations
Your weight can flucuate a lot day to day. Weigh yourself once a week...same day of the week, same time. I weigh in on Wed(day I started WW) right when I get up. I do occasionally weigh myself on other days, but I don't count those weights. Most diets tell you not to weigh yourself too often becuause of the flucuations.

Using Food Diary
Do you have dial-up internet? I have that at home and sometimes sites like WW and this one can be slow. I have highspeed at work, and I don't have those problems there.
