Soon to be 40 and have finally really started to make my health (not just weight) a reason to be more active and watch how and what I eat. I have kids and grand kids that I want to be around for. 2018 is mine and my hubbies 10 year anniversary, we went to Disney World for the honeymoon and now we are going back for the anniversary, I want to still be able to walk and do that for our 20th as well. I am making these changes for me because I don't want to wake up every day feeling like crud and not doing something about it.This journey started a month ago but I want a better tracker to help me stay accountable.
