I'm Hispanic woman of 34(This year) love to eat good food but my sedentary lifestyle is making me obese if I don't do something about it, 7 years ago I gained all my excessive weight(70lb)in one year I was very depressed about it, I lost hope for myself till my mother came to visit me from Europe(Where she lives I haven't seen her for 3 years)took me shopping for my new size, since then I have been trying to lose the extra weight
