fight the craving for sweets
I have learned, that sometimes you have to give in to temptation. If you give in moderately, you will not binge. If you hold off and don't give in, YOU WILL BINGE and then be REALLY upset with yourself. Give in a little then chew some sugar free gum to get the taste out of your mouth, then you are back on track and the cravings are over. Good luck!
