I'm twenty-nine years old. Almost divorced (my husband came back from Iraq and didn't want to be married anymore...). I have two more years to go on my BS in Chemistry. And I work 2 jobs. Time is not something I have a lot of. But I just went over the 200lb mark again and I'm not having any. I want my clothes to fit smoothly again. So here I am.

Needing something more and don't have the money for gym memberships or fancy equipment
Yoga tapes are really good too. You don't think you're working really hard until you're done and all you're muscles burn and you're covered in sweat. They also stretch you out really well, which helps with tight muscles and tension headaches.
