well, i got married on june 8th, and thank god my husband loves me for who i'am. i just got an awesome recumbent bike yesterday and i'm excited. i rode for 30 min w/ no problem. i set it up right in front of the tv. and i quit smoking again today. so no i'm not on atkins today. i dont have the food, i need to go shopping. but im stoked about my new bike and ready to conquer this weight problem .

well i have quit smoking. i quit on April 8Th, Easter Sunday. i'm getting married on June 8Th, so i would like to lose as much weight as possible. i am starting back on Atkins today and i need all the support i can get. i feel so hungry all the time , mainly from the meds that i am on and the fact that i am an emotional eater :(. so if anyone wants to be my email buddy that would be great. we could email one another daily for support, or just through this site would be great. my email is ... kitty469782@yahoo.com
