So, this is day 1. I know what I'm supposed to do, but it's just going and doing it that has been the challenge. My schedule has suddenly provided a great deal more time, and so here we go. Once it's a habit, hopefully a change in schedule will not have as much impact as it did while I was trying to develop the habit in the first place. 45 mins of cardio today (13 elliptical, 20 bike, 12 elliptical) that I will repeat tomorrow. I have a friend who has developed a more formal workout plan I will begin on Sunday.
