Hello , I am a single mom of 2 boys ,2 years ago I was put on antipsycotic medication for a mental condition.As a result of that medication I gained 69lbs ,I was bit on the thin side when I started gaining ,so to get back to a comfortable weight I would like to get around 125.That is about 20 lbs below what I am usually.
I enjoy being outdoors though I really don't get to get out as much as I like . I also enjoy reading books and magazines in my spare time ,but because I am addicted to the internet I am usually on the computer ,and I ironically that's is where I am now....

Leaving Fat secret
mY FITNESS PAL EVERYONE ,it has some features that fat secret doesnt like quick add calories for the day ,I love being able to just put in the calorie count of things such as my chicken nachos and not have to list each item

I think being realistic and allowing myself to eat what I love as long as I stayed in my calories,it makes you make better choices cause you dont wanna waste 600 calories on a cinnamon roll at bread co and not be able to eat the rest of the day.
And this was huge for me ...allowing myself to mess up and not continue it for the rest of the day .i used to do this all or nothing thinking and I kept going up and down with the same 7lbs for a very long time.Then after Id eat something bad id say might as well start over tomorrow ,then tomorrow would never come or it be the same ol start out good and then mid day be off the wagon.Once I got rid of that all or nothing thinking and said okay you are never going to lose this if you keep doing this and decided id stop trying to be perfect and eat what i like and just moniter portions and limit snacking.So yes i eat pizza ,ice cream and things that are yummy .A word of warning do not do this with foods you cannot stop with like for me I know that i cannot eat just one doughnut unless I buy only one.So with things like that i do buy only one or individual servings of things even though they cost more because i know i will not stop. Hope this helps and remember it is about moderation not deprivation.i am fianlly free of dieting and have mad a change for lifeSmile

i have 16 lbs left to go ,i cannot believe I have came so far ,I started out at 189 I am now 145 ,its been a long ride but well worth it !!

Love that show too ,anyone fans of american horror story ..cant get enough off that show
