Well I weighed this afternoon and I am down another 2.2 lbs,I am so pleased with that. I know I am doing this the right way this time and I feel very positive about the upcoming week. I am so thankful for all the support I have with the people here and my coworkers, I know that makes a HUGE difference. Plus my family is very supportive of my efforts and they haven't whined too much about not having sweets in the house. I am also excited about going to see my doctor this week and showing him my progress. I think he will be pleased. Well time to fix dinner and start getting ready for work in a few hours, working 11 hours tonight so gonna try to nap for a little while before I have to sign on. Remember we CAN do this

Yesterday was probably the worst day I have had in a long time, not food wise but just emotional wise. First of all I didnt sleep and only got about 90 min of sleep all day was just too keyed up for some reason and then work last night was ok, just couldnt get into doing what had to be done. My charge nurse finally at 6am told me to go on call for the rest of the shift and get some rest, so now I am on call for the next hour and I am going to go and get some water and get my son off to school and then go to bed, hopefully sleep wont elude me today. Plus I am off tonight so I am going to stay away from my computer and anything work related. I am logging so many hours it is starting to drag me down, last week I did 62 hours and this week will have 50, granted thats good for the paycheck but I am starting to really resent everyone else that gets their days off and doesnt get called to work extra, guess I just need to learn to say no when they call. Oh well today is a new day and I am going to make it a good one.

I am so proud of myself for the way I did yesterday I stayed well below my alloted calorie count I got my water in and I even ate some fruit, which is a struggle for me since I am not a fruit lover to say the least. Looking forward to weighing in when I get up this afternoon to see how I am progressing. After working 62 hours last week I am off tonight (Sunday) and then back to work on Monday but going to enjoy my day off and if it wernt so stinking cold outside I would take a walk, but still too cold to get outside here. Hope everyone has a good day today and looking forward to another good day today

I'm a little disappointed in my weight today due to the gain over the weekend. I guess that I should only weigh 1 time a week but I feel like I need to do it more often to see where I am at. That being said I am going to try to wait at least 4 days before I weigh again which means I will weigh again on Tuesday. I am not giving up gonna keep on track and try to get some exercise in to ramp up my loss.

Went to the grocery store today and got healthy foods to eat, lots of veggies to crunch on and some apples and fish and boneless skinless chicken breasts now I am looking for good recipies to use with my healthy foods. Baby steps I didnt buy anything sweet except some Jelly beans to nibble on just have to make sure I stay within the serving size of 37 jelly beans, thats a lot of beans and it gives me the sweet treat that I crave sometimes. Hope everyone has a good day and stays motivated
