Sorry I've been MIA a lot lately. Things have just been kind of chaotic. It took me an extra few days, but I did finally get my last Week 3 C25K workout in, just means that I will be doing a lot of running this week as I need to do Week 4 starting today to catch back up. I was pretty impressed with myself that I was able to get myself outside in 22 degree weather (not including windchill) and do my whole workout! I felt so good that I also went for a walk after dinner! On a whim I measured my waist this morning, just curious to see how I've done, and found that I have lost 2 inches off my waist since the first of this month!!! Talk about a mood booster! I actually used that as my reasoning for not accepting the cheese danish offer my students gave me this morning. I haven't worked this hard to let an impulse wreck things!
Feeling good right now, but know that TOM is on it's way... hopefully I can keep my mood up through it!
