I have been married for 20 years and have two girls; 9yrs and 4yrs. I teach 2nd grade and love my job. I am also a photographer.I have been on Extreme Fat Smash for 1 1/2years and have maintained a 30lbs weight loss. I started at 40lbs but have had a few surgeries since so I gained a few back. I am looking to get motivated again with help from people here and loose another 30 or so by the end of the Summer!

Hi there I have been on Extreme Fat smash for 1 1/2 years maintained but gained a few lbs back..I need more motivation to keep going. I'm on Cycle 1 Day1 and want to loose a lot more! Anyone out there on fat smash too?
