Well I almost hit by 10,000 step goal today by making it to 9,557 steps. Went to the gym did exercise class and walked a mile on the treadmill. I know a mile doesn't seem much but it was to me. I'll try moving it up soon. Went to beading class the rest of the afternoon.

I set a personal record with my walking today 15,068 steps. I did half of it on the treadmill plus my steps added up taking a Zumba class. I'm not sure if that should of counted but I was sweating and tired after the class and the step counter in my pocket chalked up the steps I was taking in class.

I finally made you 10,000 step a day with a total of 10,920. Walking on the treadmill at the gym helped. The rest was walking the dog.

I don;t know how this happens I gain weight at my last weigh in but I didn't do anything diffrent. Now I'm down what I gained plus one more. So when that happens I try not to let it bother me. Even though I admit it does.

Diet followed reasonably well
