I;m so disappointed with no weight lose sense this week I stayed on my diet stricky . But I included doing long walks on the treadmill. Also doing at least one hour a day excercise programs our new gym offers. Some pretty fast moving things that leaves me worn out, And some weight lifting also.
I'm going to continue on with my gym stuff and walking as close to 10,000 steps or close to that, Today I did 10,980 steps. I;m worn out so off to bed.

Did do much today..stayed home and did laundry and facebook stuff. Worked on jewlery making a little bit. Walked 5,699 steps.

Walked 11,739 steps....walked till I was tired on the treadmill. A neighbor had free coupons for buffet dinners at a casino near us they couldn't use so yes we cheated on our diet and had prime rib dinner withcake for dessert. MMMM it was so good. Back to dieting tomorrow.

Took 8,756 steps today. Took a cardo exercise class. This class was fast moving and got my heart rate up and I was sweating. The rest of the day we sent in beading a necklace I was working on.

WELL today it rained all day but I still managed to do 11,156 steps. I managed besides my exercise class to walk an extra half mile on my treadmill. I also challenged my mind and finished a necklace for my beading class. Sometimes these beading technics are challenging to me. Lets see what tomorrow brings.
