I am Starting a new chapter in my life. This last year has been full of all kinds of changes. I am a mother of three. All have flown from the nest. Recently got married to the man of my dreams. Retired from a job I have been doing for over 20 years. Now I am a house wife and loving it! I am able to focus on the things I love. I over the years slowly put the weight on a little more with each pregnancy. My heaviest was 270 I lost down to 200 lbs over a 3 year period doing Atkins and working out. Then a year and a half ago I had a radical hystorectomy and I have gained back 40 lbs....Now I need to get seriouse and get my self to a healthy weight. I want to do this in a healthy way and for life...I feel like I have the tools ... I just don't know how to use them...???? Does that make any sense....????
