It's not the end of the world! So you cheated, keep moving forward. That cheat will not even affect your results, so keep your head up, and keep moving forward!

Right on track with weightloss
I am proud to announce that I am 7.8 lbs. down since starting Atkins over on 9/21/2011. I feel fabulous with no cravings what so ever. I'm going to take it one day at a time, an continue my workout 5-6 days a week. All
s over here! Everyone keep up he good work, and we can do this!

Over cravings
Ok so today was my first full day of Atkins an it was a very tempting day especially while at work. I was stressed, so that made me want to snack, but thank good I didn't put my boiled sausages back last night while preparing my lunch for today. That really saved me! I'm proud of myself, because any other day I would have given to my cravings. I did exercise 45 minutes on the spin bike, even though normally i would do an hour. No doubt I can do this, so Play time is over and time to get serious in order to reach my goal. That's for listening!

Need some Atkins buddies
I started out doing good today on Atkins, but around 8:00 pm tonight I let my craving win. They weren't even major cravings. I'm very disappointed in myself~I ate 2 peanut butter Reese cups, 20 oz diet Mountain Dew,and a big bowl of Golden Graham! I really wasn't even hungry! I also didn't exercise in about 2 days. Tomorrow I am going to get it together! Strictly Atkins, and exercise I don't owe it to know one but myself! I know I can do this, cuz I just lost over 30 pounds from 5/23/10 to about the beginning of August doing Atkins, and exercising 6 days a week.
