I am 50 yrs old. I have over 100lbs to lose. I am trying the Atkins due largely to my diabetes. My uncle also did Atkins, years ago, and lost over 100lbs. I live in GA with my husband. We have 5 children, all grown. We also have 3 grandkids (and one on the way).
