maintained a healthy weight as a teen. After my first pregnancy and i quit smoking 70lbs weight gain i managed to loose most and get down to 140lbs but after a second pregancy gained about 30lbs getting me to 214lbs and a month or so after i had my second child dropped to 160-168lbs and now i need the extra kick in the butt to loose the 28lbs left to loose and firm out that double c section belly thats HANGING on.
In doing so i need to quit my bad habbits of chips after dinner and constant intake of pepsi and iced cappucinnos !!!
starting weight 168lbs Goal 140lbs !
