thanks for these postings. I've been considering the SB diet. I've cut out the junk and processed foods for the most part, but wasn't sure if I was getting enough fiber. I had also cut out flour products this week. I think I'll get the book. Keep up the good work. This seems to be doing great for you. good job!!! KayK
