Vegan Diet
i have a dairy and egg allergy. so i use a lot of vegan recopies. Eat to live helped me as well. you have to take B6 and almond mild does have calcium. i take a multivitamin and fish oil tabs as well.

Eating after work....
if you compare your calories burned for the day with your calories consumed for the day, i am sure that you will find that you are at a huge deficit. This is why you are hungry. blood sugar(insulin) is down and your body wants it back up so it caused uncontrollable cravings.
i have never been hungry for breakfast but started eating it because i have been told that this is why i was craving so much in the mid afternoon. well, even with a breakfast, come 5pm, i was still ravenous.
i started having just fruit for breakfast. that's it, fruit. then a salad for lunch. i cut out sugar and processed foods and the cravings have stopped in the late afternoons.
