I am a 41 year old mother of one boy who is 13, very athletic and I would like to be healthy enough to half way keep up with him. I just started back to work after 13 years of being a stay at home Mom. I am very dedicated to loosing this weight. Lost 60 pounds 2 years ago and then had surgery and gained all of it back so I am back to square one. I did Atkins before and loved it so that is what I am going to do now.
