Vegan since 1983 with SLE Dx in 2003. Since 2012, I have been eating 98% raw vegan with strict paleo restrictions/AI protocol, that includes a lot of nuts & seeds. I started keeping track here of my nutrients to ensure I maintain enough macronutrients to maintain optimal health. I also get regular lab tests to check my biomarkers for health through WellnessFX & other sources. So far, so good. Was concerned "raw vegan paleo" would be a problem/risk to my health long-term. While it's very difficult to eat this way; my SLE has been in remission and I'm doing well. Sometimes my bodyfat gets too low/so I have to keep tabs on that which I do at my gym. My daily JOY and focus on taking good care of myself is to workout/stay fit - I workout 5 days a week for 2 hours/day. I do it for the fun -- Zumba, HITs, etc. I (finally) love and honor my healthy, strong body!

how did I gain 3 lbs in a week? I'm just perplexed. Tried following a low-FODMAPS diet plan - maybe not ideal for me.
