Hola everyone! My name is Kim, I'm 33 years young, and live in central IL. I'm married to the man of my dreams and have found that love is not so forgiving on the pant-size.

So here I am -- coming to you for support and advice and encouragement, maybe also a bit of accountability. I'm hoping once I start doing this and get into the groove of things that it'll get easier and easier. As some added incentive, I think I will weigh in every Sunday and if I've gained any weight at all from the previous week I will put $1 in a jar for every pound gained. The following are my goals and rewards :)

188 (5%): New Purse
178 (10%): Mani/Pedi
168 (15%): New Workout Outfit
158 (20%): 60 Minute Massage
148 (25%): New Workout Outfit AND Mani/Pedi

Should I take a rest.
No no you aren't doing it wrong! OMAD is just fine as long as it's sustaining you and your energy needs. I'm saying to only have maybe one cheat meal for one of your OMAD meals per week. Everybody is different and their bodies react differently.

My suggestion is simply to continue your usual OMAD if that's working for you, but then maybe on Saturday you decide to eat whatever you want for that OMAD and then go right back to your usual the next day and just continue that each week. It will help ease your cravings a bit while also giving you something to look forward to once a week Smile Good luck sir!

Should I take a rest.
I would have to agree and simply go for a "eat whatever you'd like during your OMAD" only ONE time per week. It's far too easy to fall right back into habits if you are eating whatever you'd like for a whole week. Also, if you're in a bit of a plateau it may be just what you need to kickstart your body into fat burning mode again. Our bodies easily adjust to what we throw at it and throwing a wrench of a high calories meal in there may be just what you need.

I am all for catering to your cravings every now and then because if you don't, eventually you fall into a crazy binge. Just my opinion here. You're doing great!

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
At 5'2 my ultimate goal weight is 140lbs. I was between 140-150 at my absolute fittest in my mid 20s and I want to be right back there. I know that still puts me at an "unhealthy" weight range for my height and age, but I don't use that standard because the healthy weight is WAY TOO SKINNY for my body type.

Your goal weight should simply be where you feel happiest and healthiest <3
