Hi, my name is Jo. I started out about 2 years ago weighing 225 on my short 5ft. frame trying to lose weight. I have switched back
and forth from using Atkins to Weight Watchers. I now weight
172 lbs. and want to get to at least 130 or lower. I am a type 2
diabetic since 1985.
I am 63 years old, married to my husband for 38 years. Have 5 grown
children and have been a nurse (RN) for 28 years.

Green Drinks
You can take all the separate ingred. and put them in as one food: green drink. I forget how to do it but I did it with my morning coffee, cream, splenda. That way all I do is click on coffee instead of each ingred.

I don't know about the ones Dr. Oz makes but I make
one that is pretty tasty and good for me.

2 stalks leafy Kale
2 stalks celery
1/2 cucumber
1 apple
2 carrots

I do not peel apple or cuke. Put in juicer then drink.

Sometimes istead of apple I use a peeled whole grapefruit. I like the tangyness.

I have noticed some people have pictures other than icons at bottom of their pages. How do I do that?
