Thanks Sara, I may just make a graph in my Works program. I have such a lousy memory. I am on here three times a day just so I can remember what I ate. hahahahahha

Water consumption
It would be nice to have a place to keep track of how much water we drink each day. Water is so important not only from a weight perspective but also to general health.

What are your top 5 motivators for losing this weight that you can't do at your current weight?[/
1. To deal with the humid summers here better
2. To have more energy
3. To get back into my "good" jeans
4. To be able to enjoy my new grandson due in May
5. To actually get into the pool this coming summer instead of sitting in the lawn chair burning up and sweating.Very Happy
