I have a three year old daughter named Emmie. Also, I have fraternal twin boys, Dyllan and Maddux, who are ten months old.
My weight scares me due to obesity running in my family on both sides. I'm afraid if I don't do something about it I never will. Before I got pregnant with my daughter I was 194 pounds. I was bulimic, obsessive with exercise and had a hard time coping with my pregnancy but I managed. I ended up gaining 60 pounds putting me at 204! Scary! I lost 30 of it right after delivery but never lost the rest of it. I even breast-feed! As soon as I quit breast-feeding her at 6 months the weight started to pack back on. I ended up pregnant again with my boys. I gained 32 pounds with them. They took a toll on my body. The month of my pregnancy they were squishing my stomach I couldn't eat without getting sick. I ended up dropping 40 pounds before I even left the hospital. The same thing happened as soon as I quit breast-feeding the weight packed back on I was 203 the day I went into labor with my boys. This is the heaviest I have ever been other than being pregnant. I want to be able to keep up with my kids. Getting pregnant twice within a year and half of each other definitely killed my body. I am willing to go the healthy way to lose my weight.
