I remember the first time I really wondered how much I weighed, so I stepped on a scale. I was in the 6th grade and I weighed 222lbs. In my adult life I've been as high as 233 and as low as 129 (2015 and definitely not healthy!). This time around I am taking a different, more healthy and sustainable, approach to my journey. I am definitely a food addict. I've recently allowed myself to moderately satisfy cravings and not feel tremendous guilt after... life's all about balance, right? Oh yeah, I also work out 6 days a week, 3 of those are 2-a-days! #crossfitlife
