Restart
It’s time for a restart. I looked at this site in 2011 and then life just happened. I’ve had the yo yo effect with weight loss and gain over the years, but the stakes are higher now. I’m hoping to make a complete turnaround and comeback living a new lifestyle where a healthy low cal diet and daily exercise are just part of me.- Like breathing. Hope to encourage and be encouraged.
